PDF management on the cloud
Written by Narmad
I deal with PDF files every day. This also means I work with PDF files while I am on the move. I was initially confused about a lot of PDF applications available on the cloud. I also need to edit PDF files on my notebook. However, without PDF editing software, editing PDF files is not an easy task. So I needed more than a simple PDF reader. I recently checked out DocQ on my Samsung NC20. It claims to make PDF viewing, editing and sharing trouble-free. Let's explore DocQ.
DocQ is a cloud based PDF viewer, editor & online document management system. It has tools for annotating & editing PDFs, signing PDFs, and creating fillable forms. Besides these features, DocQ also offers functionality for collaborating and publishing PDF files. It supports Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari web browsers. With DocQ, PDFs can be uploaded directly or imported from a web address.

Getting started
In order to use DocQ, you must have a DocQ account. Registration is quite simple. To create an account, click the 'Create New Account' link button from the homepage.

Fill the registration form and click the 'Pre-Register Now' button.

Check your email inbox and click the confirmation link sent by DocQ. Once your account is activated and you have reset the password, you are now ready to roll with DocQ.
After login, you'll see the DocQ dashboard which let you perform numerous tasks related to PDF documents. Here is a quick list of DocQ features:

With DocQ you can easily send and receive important documents in PDF. Use the 'Send' icon under 'Viewer'/'My Docs' section to share your documents.

Select any desired sharing mode and click the 'Continue' button.

Provide the required details and use the 'Extra Permission' column to set additional permissions. Click the 'Send' button to send the file.

Although DocQ is still in the beta state, the application worked flawlessly and the user interface is very easy to use.
