ELIGIBILITY: The "VIA HD Video Competition" contest is open to everyone, with the exception of VIA Technologies employees, all advertising and promotional agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, manufacturers, licensees, agents, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in this contest.

CONTEST PERIOD: Entrants must complete the entry form between July 2nd. 2009 and July 17th 2009, Winner announcements will be made subsequent to July 24th 2009.

HOW TO ENTER: The official online entry form must be completed. Entries must not contain profanity, extreme violence, be inappropriate, indecent or obscene as determined by VIA in its sole discretion. Entrants may not submit multiple entries. Submissions constitutes entrant’s irrevocable assignment, conveyance and transference to VIA of all right, title and interest in the entry, including without limitation, copyrights and entrant’s agreement to the terms herein.

PRIZES: Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at VIA's discretion. VIA reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

GENERAL RULES: By entering or participating in the Contest, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules. VIA assumes no responsibility for electronic hardware, programming or software malfunctions, or failures, or line connections, accessibility or availability, or technical failures of any kind, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of any entry or other information, or for the failure to capture any such information.

PERSONAL INFORMATION: Any personal information collected through the contest will be treated as confidential information. This information will in no way be replicated or distributed without the participant’s consent.
